Publishing your article in *An-Nahdliyyah: Journal of Islamic Studies* means that the author retains the copyright to the article. An-Nahdliyyah is granted an exclusive non-commercial reuse license by the author, but the author may post the article on a website, distribute it to colleagues, provide it to students, use it in a thesis, etc., as long as such use is not intended for commercial gain or personal monetary benefit. Authors may reuse images, tables, and other information contained in their articles published by An-Nahdliyyah in future papers or works without having to seek permission from anyone, provided that the images, tables, or other information included in the new article or work properly cite the published paper as the source of the images, tables, or other information, and the new paper or work is not intended for personal monetary gain or commercial profit.

The An-Nahdliyyah Journal provides direct open access to its content based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange. This journal is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
