About the Journal
Eduqima: Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM), Institut Nahdlatul Ulama (INU) Tasikmalaya, Indonesia.
Eduqima aims to advance scholarly research on the theory, practice, and development of Islamic educational management. The journal publishes original research, conceptual studies, and evidence-based scholarly contributions addressing contemporary issues in the governance, leadership, organizational development, and strategic management of educational institutions. Particular attention is given to studies that contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness, quality, sustainability, and innovation of formal and non-formal educational institutions.
The journal welcomes contributions from scholars, researchers, academics, educational leaders, policymakers, and practitioners in Islamic educational management. Eduqima also welcomes research from diverse national and cultural contexts that contributes to the broader development of educational management scholarship.

Eduqima is published biannually in January and July and has p-ISSN: [XXXX-XXXX] and e-ISSN: [XXXX-XXXX]. All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by qualified reviewers with relevant expertise.
The journal is indexed and abstracted in [list only verified databases]. All published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref.
