Tamwila: Journal of Sharia Economics is an open-access journal. All published content is freely and immediately available to the public without subscription fees or access charges to users or their institutions.

Authors who publish their work in Tamwila: Journal of Sharia Economics agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain the copyright to their published work and grant Tamwila: Journal of Sharia Economics the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the initial publication in this journal is properly acknowledged.
2. Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work, such as depositing it in an institutional repository, including it in a book, or distributing it through other academic platforms, provided that its initial publication in Tamwila: Journal of Sharia Economics is acknowledged.
3.
